Things you need to know to when commissioning a pet portrait
Once I receive your enquiry, I will contact you to discuss the commission and give a timescale of when your pet portrait will be completed.
Please note head and shoulders make the best portraits and I don't include a collar.
A 25% deposit will be required prior to me starting your commission (Payment - Is to be made by bank transfer, details will be supplied or payment links).
On completion of your pet portrait, I will email you an image of the painting for you to approve. At this stage I can make minor changes you feel necessary.
Once you are happy with the painting, full payment will be required before the painting will be posted (Payment - Is to be made by bank transfer, details will be supplied or payment links).
Photos
Please send good quality, clear photos of your pet. Jpeg format preferred.
Find a photo that you love and that best represents your pet to you.
I would recommend that the photo represents a true likeness of your pet, especially the colours.
Try to have a clear picture of their eyes.
Send several pictures but be sure to identify the one you actually want painting.
Pet portraits come in three price ranges and two picture sizes -
Sizes
Medium- Portrait will come with a double mount and will fit a 40cm x 30cm frame.
Large - Portrait will come with a double mount and will fit a 40cm x 50cm frame.

Medium - £100
Large - £150
An additional pet on a portrait is + 50% i.e. small portrait of two dogs will cost £150.
Price includes mount and UK tracked delivery.
International delivery is available on request (additional charge will be applicable) and the portrait will be sent in a tube rather than mounted.
